Birth & Postpartum Doula Packages
Birth doula—$1,000
Initial interview
Two prenatal meetings, where we will discuss your birth preferences and create a birth plan
Continuous prenatal support via phone, text, or email
Continuous support throughout your labor and birth
One postpartum visit where we will debrief your birth experience and provide additional support however you need as you adjust to life with your newborn
Postpartum doula—$30/hr
Supporting however you need to adjust to life with your new baby. Includes:
baby care (so you can sleep!)
emotional support
cooking and meal prep
grocery shopping
sibling care & pet care
housekeeping & laundry
anything else you need to make this special (and sometimes stressful) time easier

Any birth place that is within 40 miles of my home in St. Paul. I have supported births at Fairview Ridges Burnsville, Twin Cities Birth Center, Willow Birth Center, United Hospital, Regions Hospital, Abbott Northwestern Mother Baby, Woodwinds Hospital, Methodist Hospital, Fairview Riverside, Fairview Southdale, Maple Grove Hospital, and home births.
I am not limited to only the previously listed places.

I will be by your side regardless of the twists and turns your birth may take.

I will be by your side throughout the process and in the OR with you as long as hospital staff allows me to do so.

Yes. I provide overnight postpartum doula support.

I haven't before but am open to doing so.

I always arrange a qualified back up who will stand in for me and support you if I am unable.
